New Glen Waverley Entertainment Building for Lease
A complete entertainment building within Glen Waverley’s primary retail and entertainment precinct in Melbourne’s east is available for lease through Ray White Commercial Glen Waverley.
The eight level ‘Montclair’ building under construction at 52 Montclair Avenue, Glen Waverley, is the first of its kind within the Glen Waverley Activity Centre. It is being marketed by Ray White Commercial Glen Waverley’s Ryan Trickey and Ben Ainsworth.
“We have been working with the developer to create an interactive entertainment building that delivers further reason to come to this active retail and entertainment precinct,” Mr Trickey said.
The building includes a proposed rooftop bar/ restaurant and basement and the floor plates will be up to 580 sqm for a whole full level and 260 sqm for a half floor plate.
“The building will house up to 12 tenants, many of whom will be in food and entertainment adding to the reputation of this precinct,” Mr Trickey said.
“Additionally new businesses offer the community opportunities for new jobs and at full occupancy the building could employ more than 250 people.”
Ryan Trickey said the ‘Montclair’ building assists in keeping Glen Waverley relevant in the eye of the consumer by offering modern and up to date experiences.
“In addition, the proposed Glen re-development is adding fuel to the idea this precinct will be the go-to destination of Melbourne’s outer east,” he said.
“The City of Monash and in particular the Glen Waverley Activity Centre offer some of the most vibrant and interactive entertainment and dining in Melbourne.
“With construction nearing completion we expect to see the confirmed occupiers and leases starting within the next three months. Many of these tenants are well known food and entertainment businesses.”
