Sake Bar Sold for $1.42 Million
A commercial terrace investment leased to a Japanese sake bar in the heart of the busy retail and café precinct of Balmain in inner suburban Sydney has been sold for $1.42 million.
The two storey terrace at 336 Darling Street, Balmain, was sold to a private investor by Ray White Commercial Inner West Principal Tim Morrison on behalf of a private owner for a yield of 5.4 per cent.
“We had strong interest in this investment opportunity which is currently leased until 2018,” Tim Morrison said.
“The property is approximately 120 sqm over two levels and has rear access plus parking/storage area.
“It is situated in the heart of Darling Street’s vibrant retail centre and surrounded by specialty stores, boutiques, cafes and restaurants.”
