Leading office equipment supplier Sharp Sunshine Coast has snapped up a showroom/office in the Warana industrial precinct to accommodate its growing business.

The company has purchased 2/10 Premier Circuit, Warana, for $690,000 in a deal negotiated by Ray White Commercial Caloundra’s Luca Reynolds (pictured left).

Luca Reynolds said Sharp Sunshine Coast principals Tony and Katia Haack have relocated the business they established more than 20 years ago from premises at 3/2 Dual Avenue, Warana.

“Tony and Katia now have a larger warehouse/office facility that includes a new professional fit-out with corporate meeting facilities and a fully connected showroom,” he said.

“The Premier Circuit property offers a floor area of approximately 491 sqm with mezzanine areas of approximately 254 sqm. It is situated on a land area of approximately 521 sqm.”

Luca Reynolds said Sharp Sunshine Coast’s former premises have been leased and are now being offered for sale for $500,000.

“The Dual Ave property has been secured by Pacific Office Solutions on a 3 + 3 + 3 year lease at a net rental of $30,000 per annum,” he said.

“These premises have a warehouse and reception and showroom on the ground floor of approximately 236 sqm and mezzanine air-conditioned office of approximately 150 sqm. There are five designated car parks.”

Luca Reynolds said the Warana industrial precinct is becoming a popular area for new and established businesses with properties for sale or lease around the area not staying on the market for long.
