Ray White Commercial was appointed to conduct an Expressions of Interest campaign to sell 354 Redbank Plains Road, Bellbird Park on behalf of McDonalds Australia Pty Ltd. The subject property is a service station leased to 7-Eleven Stores Pty Ltd until May 2015.

The short lease term remaining for the investment was the major issue for investors however this was countered by the key location and proximity to the shopping centre and McDonalds.

The property is well located on a major road in close proximity to established and emerging residential communities. Given the location of the asset and the quality of the tenant, we received a strong level of enquiry. Interested parties included a variety of private investors, self-managed super funds (SMSF) and potential owner operators for the service station business.
