Approval and Operational Works Approval with lots ranging in size from 400m2 to 813m2.
Firm enquiry generated throughout the marketing campaign having received 33 enquiries, nearly entirely from South East Qld. Given the size of the project and locality which is primarily viewed as a niche location the origin of the enquiry is no surprise. The quantum of enquiry was a fairly positive engagement from the market.
The campaign attracted interest from small to mid sized developers.
Whilst initial engagement was very encouraging many of those groups chose not to pursue any further for a variety of reasons ranging from the perceived isolation of the project to the lack of ability to generate a reasonable rate of sale to make the project viable.
