Ray White Commercial (Qld) are proud to partner with an international dairy manufacturer and coordinate the disposal of fifteen (15) industrial and residential assets across the eastern seaboard of Australia. In summary, the process required a complete understanding of the real estate industry legislation across three (3) states and the co-ordination and communication of nine (9) Ray White agencies.

We were able to use the full reach of the Ray White network and engage our local agent network covering rural, residential, and commercial agencies, to dispose of the industrial assets which included:

– Vacant residential and industrial zoned land
– Warehouse and cold storage facilities
– Decommissioned dairy factory
– Residential houses
– Industrial development sites.

The local agents provided individual marketing campaigns for each asset, handled the enquiries, and undertook all inspections. These agents were integral in the campaign process, canvassing local buyers, encouraging offers, and negotiating and administering contracts of sale. As the coordinating agency, we were tasked with the overall marketing of the portfolio and the single point of contact to our Client. At the close of the EOI campaign we were able to proceed to contract on 9 of the assets and are still working on the balance to achieve the desired results. Given the diversity of the asset type and the wide spread of geographic location, taking these assets to market and delivering a result within a tight time frame highlighted the strength and unique ability of the Ray White network.
