Ray White Commerical (Qld), in partnership with Ray White Rural Emerald, had the pleasure of working together on behalf of McGrathNichol (Receivers and Manager Appointed) to achieve the successful sale of Lot 51 Macaualy Access Road, Emerald.

A 3,237m2* industrial lot with improvements, located adjacent to the Gregory Highway heading north out of Emerald was sold with vacant possession. Improvements included a free standing, open sided warehouse and a demountable office with staff amenities. The site is zoned low impact industry and provides easy access to major transport routes throughout Central Qld.

The target market was deemed to be established local business owners, adjoining owners seeking expansion capabilities, speculative investors. The marketing elements selected for this campaign to reach the target market included print, digital and on-site signage.

From a field of ten (10) enquiries we received seven (7) offers at the close of the campaign. A shortlist of four (4) parties were then encouraged to make their best and final offers on a contract of sale with deposits paid before presentation to the Receivers and Manager for acceptance.

The winning offer came from a local business owner with intentions to occupy the site for use as an equipment display yard and depot.
