 Port Melbourne Storage Unit Sold

 A unit in a modern purpose built self-storage facility at Port Melbourne in Melbourne’s south-west has been sold by Ray White Commercial Victoria.

The approximately 20.5 sqm unit at 214/310 Lorimer Street, Port Melbourne, was sold to a local owner-occupier by Ray White Commercial Victoria’s Nicholas Sullivan-Tailyour for $52,000 on behalf of a private owner.

Mr Sullivan-Tailyour said the storage unit is situated on the first floor of the facility.

“This was an excellent opportunity to secure a convenient storage solution in a premium site,” he said.

“The facility has pin-coded gated entry and features CCTV monitoring and roller door access.”
