The Brisbane CBD and Fringe markets have shown improvements in fundamentals over the last six months. For the Fringe there have been some significant supply and demand changes however the overall performance of this market by way of vacancy has seen limited movement. The Brisbane Fringe market saw 14,087sqm of net supply added to the total stock level after two years of stock withdrawals. Absorption responded positively with 16,535sqm of take up resulting in total vacancy reducing from 12.9% (July 2016) to 12.6% in January 2017.
