The Logan City LGA residential land market has shown positive results in the 12 months to June 2017. Median values for vacant land
have continued their upward momentum, whilst the median value paid for land reached a new high of $451/sqm, and sales rates for vacant land reached their third highest level since 2008.
There has also been a high level of development activity, with 174 land projects being recorded, and 4,961 lots being approved, a 70.13% increase on the prior year which is a record high for the region.
Logan City provides 9,660ha of land suitable for residential development, with potential to deliver approximately 101,000 dwellings, representing an important growth corridor of South East Queensland with significant scope for future residential land development opportunities.
