In 2014, Aaron transitioned to a career as a Leasing Associate within our Moreton Bay team after a distinguished tenure as a professional golfer and a full-time PGA member, where he competed in professional tournaments and coached the sport for nearly three years.
With an in-depth understanding of the Moreton Bay market, having spent the majority of his life in the area, Aaron swiftly became an indispensable asset to our sales and leasing team. His keen ability to listen attentively and comprehend people's requirements, combined with his local expertise, has been pivotal in his success.
Aaron's remarkable achievements within the Ray White Group are a testament to his dedication and skill. He has been consistently recognised as an Elite Performing Agent within the Ray White Group, earning the Premier Agent award every financial year from 2017 to 2021. His exceptional performance continued, culminating in the prestigious Alan White Elite Performer award each financial year thereafter including the Alan White Chairman's Elite award in the 2021-2022 financial year placing him in the top 1% of the Ray White Group internationally.
As of the end of 2023, Aaron has ascended to the role of Principal at our Brendale office, showcasing his significant growth and leadership within the company.
