As a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and a Fellow of the Australian Property Institute (FAPI), Arthur is certified to provide detailed valuation and consulting advice to both private and institutional clients for a variety of mortgage, acquisition, balance sheet and realisation purposes.

An impressive list of valuations accompanies Arthur’s work but most recently, notable valuations include, Customs House Sydney, City South Telephone Exchange Building, Hellenic House and George Bush Chambers.
