Prior to joining the Commercial Northern Corridor Group, Ashley worked for a national civil and development company, project managing a number of commercial developments. He specialised in project marketing, as well as design and construct packages, for a seven year tenure with Caboolture Commercial successfully completing design and construct solutions for companies such as Shell Oils, Australia Post, IGA and Truckline.
He has a thorough understanding of town planning and construction costs. Ashley understands the intricacies of development and investment funding and has established an extensive nationwide network of developers, financiers and investors.
He specialises in start-to-finish project marketing, with a particular focus on preparing investment properties for sale. Ashley has a Bachelor in Business.
