Brett Wilkins is a highly respected commercial real estate leader with more than 40 years of experience across local and international markets.

As Director of Capital Markets at RWC WA, Brett specialises in investment sales and advisory, leveraging market insight, strong relationships and a diverse network to deliver outstanding outcomes for clients.

Throughout his career, Brett has been involved in some of Western Australia’s most significant transactions, including the $1.3 billion sale of Jandakot Airport to Dexus. He also played a pivotal role in the establishment of the Hawaiian Group, growing the portfolio from an initial $10 million acquisition to $1 billion in assets across Australia within seven years.

 Brett has also held senior leadership roles as Executive Director at Ernst & Young Perth Real Estate Advisory and National Sales Director at Jones Lang Wootton, appointed at just 28 years of age. He founded and scaled a project marketing and property management business from a three-person start-up to 85 employees, growing annual revenue to $15 million within four years.

Brett is recognised for his strategic approach to capital markets transactions and his ability to execute high-value deals.
