Over the past 35 years Charlie has worked closely with commercial and retail clients to masterplan, coordinate and deliver leasing strategies and being instrumental in the timely divestment of retail shopping centres, mixed use and commercial assets. 

Specialising in commercial and retail shopping centre redevelopments, repositioning, project delivery & divestment he has a wealth of experience and strong relationships with owners and retailers throughout the retail industry.

His vast experience comes from holding senior executive positions with many leading property fund managers including Westfield, Lend Lease Retail, AMP Shopping Centres, Queensland Investment Corporation (QIC Real Estate), Allco Finance Group, Ray White Group and White & Partners.

Charlie has played a leading role in overseeing and managing over $2 billion worth of commercial properties across a mixture of the asset classes.
