As a Commercial Property Researcher at RWC Western Sydney, Christian works alongside Commercial Property Analyst Marcus Tole and supports Peter Vines, Victor Sheu and Joseph Assaf.
He is currently completing a Bachelor of Property Economics at the University of Technology Sydney. Through his studies, he has gained exposure to property management, valuation, market analysis, investment and development, together with broader subjects including economics, planning, law, business and finance.
In his role, Christian assists with property research, comparable sales and leasing analysis, and the preparation of sales submissions and opinions of value. He also has a basic understanding of the construction industry, which supports his developing knowledge of commercial property.
Christian has a strong interest in commercial property, market trends and property analysis, and is focused on continuing to build his practical experience and industry knowledge.
