Born and raised in Canberra,  Dan undertook to study a Bachelor of Communication degree at the University of Canberra, specialising in Sales and Marketing.  Throughout his studies and for a period afterwards,  he assisted in managing the family's hospitality businesses as well as enjoying the experience of property development and small-medium scale real estate as a result of his family’s involvement in construction in the Canberra residential market.

Realising his interest and long term goal to succeed in the commercial property sector, he joined Knight Frank Canberra in 2002, progressively elevating to the role of Partner, Head of Agency in 2019, a position that was held until January 2023.  Throughout this time, Daniel was involved in all aspects of commercial property, focusing on sales and leasing, however also taking on the simultaneous responsibility for the management of a significant retail/office complex in Canberra's south for approximately three years in the early days of his career.  Whilst in his own words this was 'interesting and educational', the time in the role cemented that Dan's passion was more aligned to the agency side of the industry.

Dan has been actively involved in some of the recent major property transactions, both in sales and leasing, and has had  responsibility for achieving results in all property types in the suburban commercial nodes throughout Canberra including the City, Town and Group Centres, retail and industrial markets. 

In early 2023, Dan joined the team Ray White Commercial as Head of Agency, and is responsible for leading the sales and leasing team throughout the various service lines. With a hands-on approach and detailed involvement in day to day transactions, Dan’s focus is to drive the team to achieve the best results for their clients on all levels.
