• Nundah healthcare precinct — $51.25M — Franz brokered the sale of the Nundah healthcare asset to institutional fund RAM (Real Asset Management), one of the standout healthcare transactions in the Brisbane market.
• Balcatta pharmaceutical manufacturing facility, WA — $21.5M — Franz sold this rare 8,594 sqm freehold pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in Perth at a ~6.00% market-equivalent yield, fully leased to a long-established operator with TGA and GMP approvals — one of only a handful of such assets nationally — attracting 11 formal offers.
• 89 Tingal Road, Wynnum — $10.1M — Franz sold this 1,204 sqm medical clinic (933 sqm NLA) at a 5.40% yield, leased to Queensland X-Ray (a Sonic Healthcare business, ASX: SHL) on options extending to 2056, after a campaign that drew 158 enquiries and eight formal offers.
• 679 Beenleigh Road, Sunnybank — $8.828M — Franz negotiated the sale of this rare Sunnybank medical investment, a 2,222 sqm site improved by a 694 sqm building leased to Australis Professional Care on a net income of $384,000 per annum, brought to market for the first time in 20 years.
• 99 Marine Parade, Redcliffe (Mon Komo) — $8.01M — Franz sold this ground-floor medical holding within the award-winning Mon Komo mixed-use development: 1,010 sqm of medical accommodation on 100% freehold volumetric title, secured on a 10-year leaseback to Evercare. The EOI campaign drew 105 enquiries and five formal offers, transacting from a sophisticated investor to a private investor.
• 28 Tallowwood Street, Seven Hills — $6.89M — sold at a 5.74% yield, leased to ASX-listed Viva Leisure, after attracting five formal offers.

Career milestones of note

• Springwood Health Hub — Franz led the leasing campaign for this multi-million-dollar Brisbane health precinct, securing Southside Endoscopy, I-Med Radiology, MyHealth GP Clinic, Essential Physio and Springwood Day Hospital, and guiding the five-theatre facility from concept through to completion.
• Mt Gravatt Medical Precinct — as the driving force behind both the sales and leasing components, Franz brought together esteemed healthcare providers including One Care Family Doctors, I-Med Radiology and Ramsay Health.
• Greenslopes Hospital & Everton Park Private Hospital — facilitated the sale of consulting suites across a broad range of specialities, including IVF, orthopaedics, gastroenterology and respiratory care.
• 26 Torres Crescent, North Lakes (North Lakes Medical) — as lead agent, identified the site, orchestrated the acquisition, secured a pre-commitment from a national GP clinic and leased the remaining suites to allied health and pharmacy services.
