  • Retail Sales & Leasing

Hi, I’m Grant Turner, Head of Sales and Leasing at RWC CSR Group, with nearly 20 years’ experience across the real estate industry.

I specialise in delivering tailored solutions that help clients achieve outstanding results for their commercial assets. My strength in marketing strategy and buyer management has led to broad experience across a range of asset classes including Large Format Retail, Childcare, Service Retail (CSR), Industrial, Office and development sites.

I bring strong energy, a proactive mindset and a deep understanding of how to position property to win in today’s market.

I work in close partnership with Julie Ryan, with a specialist focus on Large Format Retail. As active members of the LFRA, we have direct access to some of Australia’s leading retailers including Bunnings, Harvey Norman, Amart and Spotlight, just to name a few. This connectivity allows us to create real opportunities and strategic alignment between landlords, developers and tenants.

Prior to returning to agency, I spent just under a decade with realestate.com.au in national leadership roles, giving me a strong foundation in digital marketing, audience strategy and campaign performance. I understand how to generate maximum reach, cut-through and enquiry for every property we represent.

My career began in 2006 in Brisbane’s prestige residential market, before evolving across technology, proptech and commercial real estate. Today, I combine that experience with a hands-on leadership role, helping drive the growth and performance of our sales and leasing team at RWC CSR Group.

If you’re looking for strategic advice, strong relationships and a fresh approach to commercial property, I’d welcome the conversation.

That's why owners and investors don't just need a property manager, or a leasing agent, or a sales agent. They need a team that understands how all three connect because the quality of your lease affects your management outcomes and your management history affects your property value.
