Jarrad has over 16 years of experience in the property valuation industry. Knowledgeable across a wide range of asset classes, Jarrad’s primary expertise lies in the provision of valuations for residential and mixed use development projects for mortgage security, financial reporting and acquisition and disposal purposes throughout metropolitan Sydney. One of his most significant valuation projects was Mastery by Crown Group, a mixed-lot comprising of 368 luxury apartments across five buildings.
When not in the office, you’ll find Jarrad surfing one of Sydney’s many infamous breaks.
