Recently joining us as our Facilities Manager, Kai brings over 15 years of experience in property services, systems management, and contractor coordination. He began his career as a technician in his family’s business before moving into leadership and eventually co-ownership, where he oversaw both residential and commercial projects across the Canberra region.
Kai is passionate about creating efficient workflows, proactively solving problems, and building strong relationships with clients and trades. Known for his practical, hands-on approach, he takes great pride in delivering reliable and consistent facilities management. We’re confident he will thrive in this role and be an incredible asset to the team.
Outside of work, Kai is a sports enthusiast with a particular love for basketball, and enjoys travelling with his family and discovering new places.
