Property has been a big part of my working life since 2004, and over that time I have been fortunate to experience the industry from many different perspectives across both the private and public sectors.
I have worked with owner managers, property agencies both large and small, and on behalf of national tenants, giving me a broad understanding of the different needs and priorities of those involved in the property relationship.
My experience spans retail and commercial property management, leasing, lease administration and negotiation, along with the many processes involved in managing property successfully. I enjoy the variety and challenges that come with property and have a genuine passion for the industry.
Most importantly, I believe property is about people. Whether working with an owner, tenant or other stakeholder, my focus is on understanding their requirements, building strong relationships and working towards practical outcomes that meet their needs.
