She understands commercial real estate from the inside because she has lived every stage of it. Michaela began her career in 2015 as a Sales & Leasing Associate before moving into leasing and property management, giving her a complete understanding of the processes, priorities and expectations behind every transaction. Before entering real estate, she developed her attention to detail and confidentiality through her work in a law firm, supported by a Diploma in Justice.
That combination of property experience and legal discipline shapes the way Michaela works, organised, precise and focused on delivering a smooth experience for agents, owners and tenants alike.
A Moreton Bay local through and through, Michaela has grown her career within the region and has been part of RWC Northern Corridor since 2018, providing senior administrative and executive support across the team’s sales and leasing operations.
