This strategic move recognises Ms McKenna's exceptional performance and significant contributions since joining Ray White four years ago.

Amber transitioned from a role within the legal industry to commence her career in property. She immediately endeared herself to clients and colleagues alike with her down-to-earth manner, straight talk, and sense of humour.

"Since joining the team, Amber has continued to take on more challenging and higher-profile assets, which has generated above-market returns for her clients and resulted in a lot of repeat and referral business," RWC Canberra managing director Frank Giorgi said.

"Amber McKenna represents the next generation of property management in the commercial industry. She has the unique ability to talk across not only asset classes, but client bases. She is as comfortable talking with a multigenerational property owner as she is with a tenant at a shed in Fyshwick," Mr Giorgi said.

The team at RWC Canberra responds to Amber in a really positive manner, and the company is very excited to see her leadership and managerial skills evolve.

In her new capacity, Ms McKenna will join director Eleni Notaras at the helm of Canberra’s largest commercial rent roll.

The RWC Canberra team manages over 1100 commercial tenancies across more than 250 properties on behalf of their owners, priding themselves on their service experience as well as their knowledge and expertise across a wide range of asset classes.

Ray White Canberra Group chairman Ben Faulks said that this was a "wonderful next chapter for the RWC Canberra business" and expressed his excitement to see her career thrive alongside Frank, Eleni, and the rest of the leadership team.
