Lot 39 of Back Windermere Road at Innes Park is now for sale through RWC Burleigh Group and Ray White Bundaberg.

The parcel is vacant grassland with 630 metres of absolute beach frontage, at the moment, and is being marketed as a potential masterplan for developers.

“Whether it’s a luxury beachfront resort with an exclusive use marina, ocean view residential subdivision, a premium land lease community development, medical precinct or mixed use commercial hub, the property provides a versatile canvas for visionary developers,” RWC Burleigh Group agent Nathan Huxham says.

“With over 630 metres of absolute beach frontage, this opportunity to land bank or develop a master planned community in the rapidly growing Bundaberg region is incredibly rare.

“They’re not making anymore beachfront land.

“Properties of this caliber are few and far between and we expect this opportunity will be very well received by the market.”

Ethan Hyde from Ray White Bundaberg is marketing the property with Huxham, and says the region is witnessing strong growth.

“Bundaberg is home to a growing population of 104,166 and is projected to increase to 129,449 by 2046,” he says.

“With its laid back coastal charm and relatively affordable cost of living, the region is an attractive destination for tourists, residents, investors and developers alike.

“Innes Park is an affluent area positioned within Bundaberg's coveted beachside suburbs, known for its excellent location and lifestyle amenity.

“A new master planned development of over 3,200 homes is proposed to the south of the site, indicating the strength of the location and the significant housing demand in the area.”

Lot 39 of Back Windermere Road is being sold as an Expression of Interest campaign, closing on May 1.
