Mr Rameau’s roots in the industry run deep. He is a third-generation agent on the Gold Coast, following in the footsteps of his father, Karl Rameau, a key figure in real estate sales and development across south east Queensland. His grandfather, the late Bill Rameau, who built a formidable reputation over 30 years in commercial property, development sites, and special project sales as the managing director of Rameau Realty Services. Bill's legacy includes landmark deals such as The Glades Golf Course on the Gold Coast and the Taxation Office building in Brisbane.
Mr Rameau, having also been awarded the number one auction agent in QLD in 2024 by RealCommercial.com.au is confident in creating one of the highest performing offices in the state. His analytical, process-driven approach has been instrumental in securing major deals and building strong relationships with private and institutional investors.
“Jackson’s clients demand excellence, not just in results, but in depth of market knowledge and execution,” said Michael Willems, who will continue his focus on residential through Ray White Main Beach while maintaining a strong strategic connection to RWC Pacific Group. “With 32 years in the industry, I’ve seen markets evolve, and right now, this stretch of coastline is one of the most exciting investment destinations in Australia.”
The launch of RWC Pacific Group comes with strong backing from the top levels of the RWC network, and the team has already attracted seven elite staff members into the new venture.
“We’re incredibly proud to see Jackson take this next step,” said James Linacre, head of commercial at RWC. “He represents the very best of our network: high-performing, highly respected, and relentlessly client-focused. RWC Pacific Group is a key part of our strategy to compete aggressively across markets on the East Coast.”
With a mandate to drive growth in capital transactions and deepen ties with major agents in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and beyond, RWC Pacific Group will continue to build strategic partnerships across the commercial spectrum - from large private funds to 'mum and dad' investors.
“The opportunity to harness national and international capital and direct it into local high-growth markets is what excites us,” said Mr Rameau. “We remain committed to the exciting small-to-medium opportunities in quality locations while tackling larger-scale deals. Our network, combined with Ray White’s reach, allows us to play at the top level, and that’s exactly where we intend to stay.”
