Off-grid eco retreat listed in Queensland’s Fraser Coast hinterland

Timber Mill Station, located at 203 Gigoomgan Road, Brooweena, is a fully off-grid retreat spanning 35.1 hectares of rural-zoned land, offering a mix of tourism, accommodation, and agricultural uses.

The property is being sold by Expressions of Interest, with no public price guide at this stage. It is exclusively listed with Alicia Pregnell of RWC Noosa & Sunshine Coast.
