RWC has opened its new Central Coast office, securing local experts Brad and Naomi Rogers to run the business.

Brad and Naomi will be joined by a powerhouse team, including expert sales people Mark Davies and Michael Hanson, and key administrator Jade Bloomfield.

The team has more than 70 years’ combined experience in real estate, and are excited to open the RWC Central Coast business and continue providing the area with top-notch sales, leasing, and property management services.

“Ray White are Australasia’s largest real estate group and we are very grateful to have the opportunity to partner up with such a respected and trusted name in the industry by opening a business with their commercial branch RWC,” Brad said.

“Having a full offering of products and services will be extremely beneficial and ensure our clients are well looked after.

“We have secured a property located in Tuggerah Business Park, with a focus on continuing to service our existing clients from Woy Woy to Morisset.”

Naomi said she wanted the community to know they were the same friendly faces, just operating under a new name.

“In the next 12 months we will be focussing on growing our market share and building our new branding.

“We want to raise awareness that we’re now with RWC. Although we’re rebranding we’re the same people, with the same great offering, just different colours.”

RWC general manager James Linacre said they had been looking for an expert commercial team located on the Central Coast to join the RWC business for some time.

“We are so excited to have Brad, Naomi, and their team join the RWC family,” James said.

“With an established presence on the Central Coast, we could not have chosen a better group of experts to open RWC Central Coast.

“No doubt the business will continue to grow and offer fantastic service to their clients, and I look forward to seeing everything they achieve with RWC in the future.”
