With more than 20 years of industry experience across sales, leasing and asset management, Adam brings a wealth of knowledge and a proven track record of delivering outstanding results for clients ranging from private investors to government agencies and ASX-listed companies.

Adam’s appointment marks a significant full-circle moment in his career, having originally started in real estate with Ray White more than two decades ago.

“Joining RWC Robina is a real full-circle moment for me,” Adam said.

“The opportunity to work alongside Steve Mutton again - the person who first gave me my start in real estate - made the decision an easy one. Coming back to the Ray White network in a leadership agency role is something I’m genuinely excited about.”

Adam began his career with Ray White, spending 12 years within the group before moving into senior commercial property roles with CBRE and independent agency Lacey West in Burleigh Heads.

Known for his high-energy approach, strategic thinking and commitment to understanding his clients’ objectives, Adam has built a reputation as one of the Gold Coast’s leading commercial property specialists.

“I pride myself on building long-term relationships and delivering premium service through every stage of the property process,” he said.

“My focus has always been on understanding what drives my clients and helping them achieve the strongest possible outcomes.”

Adam said the South East Queensland commercial market continues to perform strongly despite broader economic uncertainty.

“The market has remained incredibly resilient since COVID, with record pricing across both sales and leasing,” he said.

“Demand continues to outweigh supply, and we’re still seeing strong momentum across South East Queensland despite uncertainty on the global stage.”

The appointment further strengthens RWC Robina’s position as a leading commercial real estate agency servicing the Gold Coast.
