From cold storage to premium industrial hub
A former cold storage facility is set for a multi-million dollar transformation as the only new industrial hub in North Tweed.
The 4047sqm site at 49-53 Ourimbah Road, was originally home to the local PFD cold storage operations.
It was recently acquired by developers for $5.3 million, following a highly competitive campaign that fielded five separate offers.
‘The Seaway South’ is being brought to market by RWC Pacific Group’s director Jackson Rameau and agent Ben Washington.
