Mr Simpson returns to the Ray White network after a successful career spanning more than a decade in commercial property, including founding and leading his own independent agency for nine years before selling the business.
His move to RWC Northern Corridor Group comes after years of collaboration with members of the team, including directors Ashley Rees and Chris Massie.
For Mr Simpson, the decision to join the group was ultimately an easy one.“Chris and I worked together on a number of deals while I was running my own agency, and we always commented on how well we worked together,” Mr Simpson said. “That naturally led to conversations about what it might look like if we were on the same team.”
Mr Simpson said the opportunity to work alongside Ashley Rees and access the group’s advanced market intelligence tools sealed the decision. “After meeting with Ashley and seeing the market intelligence systems he’s developed, I was locked in,” he said. “I love data and figures because they make you a stronger agent. When you combine that with the Ray White network and my experience in the market, I feel like I’ve got an unfair advantage for my clients.”
Ashley Rees said Simpson’s appointment represents a major addition to the Northern Corridor Group’s growing team. “Grant is extremely well respected across the Moreton Bay region and throughout Brisbane’s north,” Mr Rees said. “He’s built a reputation on strong relationships, deep local knowledge and an ability to identify opportunities for clients that others often miss.”
Grant Simpson began his career with Ray White before launching his own agency, where he built a successful business and oversaw numerous significant transactions across South East Queensland. One of his recent standout deals included the sale of 27 Lear Jet Drive in Caboolture for $12 million, highlighting his ability to deliver strong outcomes for industrial property owners in the region.
“Brendale is one of the most important industrial precincts in South East Queensland and it’s continuing to evolve rapidly,” Ashley Rees said. “Grant already has deep relationships throughout the Moreton Bay region and we’re excited to see him further build his presence in Brendale with the backing of our systems, research and national network.”
