The duo will lead a new specialist office servicing clients across regional New South Wales and Victoria.

Having previously owned a regional valuation and advisory business for 18 years, the pair bring more than 50 years of combined industry experience to the Ray White Valuations network.

Ray White Managing Director Dan White said the addition of Daniel and Michael is an important step in supporting clients wherever their property interests take them.

“Valuations are an increasingly important part of the broader Ray White platform and the service we provide,” Mr White said.

“Building greater capability in specialist areas strengthens that offering and gives our clients access to expertise across a much broader range of property sectors and geographies.”

Ray White Valuations Managing Director Robert Wilson said the appointments reflect the business's ongoing commitment to expanding its coverage across Australia.
"Rural and regional valuation is a highly specialised discipline, and clients increasingly require advisers who combine deep local market knowledge with the technical expertise, resources, and reach of a national platform," Mr Wilson said.

"Daniel and Michael bring technical capability alongside trusted industry relationships. Their appointment significantly strengthens our ability to support lenders, institutional clients, government agencies, corporate occupiers, and private landholders."

RWC CEO James Linacre noted that the expansion comes at a key moment for the profession.

“As a national business, we remain committed to investing in top-tier talent and regional expertise across all asset classes,” Mr Linacre said.

"Bringing professionals of Daniel and Michael's calibre into the team enhances our service offering in regional markets that have historically been underserved."

Daniel Hogg brings 27 years' experience across specialised, going concern, commercial, government, and institutional asset classes.

"I have spent my career building relationships throughout this region, and it is an exciting opportunity to combine that local knowledge with the strength, resources, and national reach of the RWC network," Mr Hogg said.

Michael Redfern has more than 25 years' expertise in rural property, water entitlement valuation, and compensation assessments.

His background spans agribusiness assets including dryland and irrigated farming, pastoral grazing, vineyards, and other specialised rural holdings.

"Ray White offers an outstanding platform, and we look forward to delivering specialist valuation and advisory services to rural and regional clients across a broad range of asset classes," Mr Redfern said.

The appointments align with Ray White Valuations' strategy to grow its network throughout Australia.

“We are actively looking to recruit in the rural and regional space and look forward to further expanding our footprint,” Mr Wilson added.
