The RWC Annual Awards for FY2025/26 took centre stage last night at the ICC in Sydney, where the network’s top commercial real estate performers, offices, and rising stars were officially recognised at the highly anticipated annual awards ceremony.

Hosted by Head of auctions for NSW David McMahon, the event celebrated exceptional achievements across sales, leasing, property management, and marketing over the past year.

RWC CEO James Linacre took to the stage to reflect on the record-breaking achievements, praising the commercial network and its accomplishments over the past year.

“Today we've reflected on what has been the biggest year in the history of Ray White Commercial, but I also think it's been one of our most important,” Mr Linacre said.

“We've continued to grow, we've continued to improve, and we've continued to raise the standard of our business right across the country.”

The evening also heard from Ray White Group’s managing director Dan White, who reflected on the network’s uniqueness and moving forward in confidence.

“We are a collection of leadership, a collection of businesses, a collection of entrepreneurs backing themselves, doing their best every day,” Mr White said.

“It always struck me as strange that people would see that as a negative, that people would see that as something to almost try and deflect from.

“I've always thought that's our strength.”

“We should be confident about what's ahead. And we shouldn't try to be like others. We shouldn't try and try to mimic others, or follow industry trends.

“Let's set our own path,” Mr White told the room.

The night's highest individual honour, the prestigious Director’s Cup, was awarded to Canberra’s Frank Giorgi from for his outstanding contribution, leadership, and dedication to the network.

He was praised as a "true gentleman" by Mr Linacre who actively supports businesses across different capitals and genuinely cares about the outcomes of the broader group.

Mr Giorgi credited his team, mentors and business partners describing the journey as an "amazing ride”.

The marquee Transaction of the Year award went to Special Projects QLD for their landmark deal involving "SkyRidge" at 169-331 Hinkler Drive, Worongary, QLD 4213.

In the major performance categories, Pacific Groups’ Jackson Rameau claimed the No. 1 Sales & Leasing Performer title, while also securing the No. 1 Auction Performer spot.

RWC Sydney North’s Scott Stephens dominated volume sectors, taking out the No. 1 ranking for both Transaction Numbers and Leasing Performance.

On the business front, Valuations was crowned Sales & Leasing Office of the Year.

The Northern Corridor office had a massive night, sweeping the No. 1 spots for Office Transaction Numbers and Leasing Offices, alongside a strong No. 3 finish in overall sales and leasing.
