Nick Cassimatis

When you own commercial property on the Redcliffe Peninsula, local knowledge matters.

Markets can change street by street. Making the right decision means understanding more than the property itself. It means knowing the businesses, buyers, tenants and people who shape the area, and where the next opportunities are emerging.

Nick Cassimatis has built that understanding over a lifetime. Born at Redcliffe Hospital and a third-generation Peninsula local, he has watched the area grow, its commercial precincts evolve and new investment reshape the region.

He also understands property from the owner’s side of the table. Nick has owned commercial property across Caboolture and North Lakes, giving him first-hand insight into the decisions property owners face. His path into the industry began as a client: he engaged Grant Simpson to sell one of his properties, experienced the RWC approach first-hand and was subsequently invited to join the business.

Nick works across industrial, retail, office and medical property, assisting private owners, investors, owner-occupiers and tenants throughout the Peninsula and surrounding region. His approach is simple: understand the property, understand the market and understand what the client wants to achieve, then build the right strategy around it.

The Cassimatis name has been part of the Peninsula community for generations. Nick is proud to continue that connection while building a reputation of his own, founded on relationships, integrity and local knowledge. As a local, a commercial property owner and a father, he is personally invested in the Peninsula’s future.

For his clients, that means working with an agent who doesn’t just work in the area.

He lives and breathes the Peninsula.
