Paul is a commercial and industrial property professional with over 20 years’ experience across acquisitions, disposals, and value-add investment strategies.
His work history includes 6 years of commercial and industrial sales and leasing as well as partnering in and helping lead a privately funded commercial property trading business, where he was involved in the execution of 150+ add-value transactions across industrial and commercial assets. Paul has worked end-to-end on deals — from sourcing and analysis through to negotiation, execution, and exit — and has collaborated extensively with agents, tenants, valuers, lenders, solicitors, buyers, and sellers.
Between 2006 and 2012, Paul worked as a commercial and industrial sales and leasing agent, earning Rookie of the Year in his first year, and maintained top 5 salesperson position for the remainder of his period in agency. Paul has a strong foundation in market dynamics, negotiation, and relationship-driven outcomes. Prior to his real estate agency work, Paul also owned and operated a multi-site retail business, leading teams, managing operations, and delivering commercial results — experience that continues to shape his practical, execution-focused approach.
Paul is known for his commercial judgement, deal discipline, and relationship-based style, with a particular strength in identifying value-add opportunities and navigating complex transactions.
