A distinguished military career with the Australian Army instilled commitment, determination, and passion into Paul Schmidt-Lee, and that prepared him well for a career in real estate.  These skills together with a strong self-discipline to remain focused on the needs of his clients, has endeared Paul to the many people he’s encountered over a 16-year career in real estate.  

Starting out as a Residential Sales Consultant, Paul learnt the real estate trade and how to deliver exceptional service to his clients.  From 2009 to 2015 Paul held a dual role of Property Sales Consultant and Residential Property Manager and developed his industry renowned expertise in property leasing and management.  His efforts were rewarded with multiple awards for sales and listing achievements.  

In 2015, Paul channelled his desire to make a difference for his clients and push himself further by joining the highly successful team at Ray White Commercial Toowoomba.  As the Commercial Property Manager, he oversees some 400+ commercial properties.  

Highly adept at property management, and in tune with the needs of owners and tenants alike, Paul has built an impressive network of business owners and clients who rely on his expertise in negotiating the challenges of commercial property sales, leasing and management.  

Paul has completed the Real Estate Licence Course which enables him to understand significant legislative impact, documentation completion and the more complex aspects of the Real Estate Industry.
