Bernadette is a highly experienced and passionate property management consultant who brings almost three decades of property management experience to the role. She is dedicated to working with principals and team members to ensure maximum profitability with maximum role enjoyment resulting in retention of not only clients but more importantly the team.
Bernadette specialises in growth to rent rolls including acquisitions, coaching and mentoring in order to achieve desired performance objectives and developing and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency. Recently she has stepped into the role of Ailo Account Manager within the Ray White Property Management team, she will work closely with businesses with an interest in moving to Ailo.
