Baylee started her traineeship during her formative years, bouncing around the office
and leaning a myriad of systems, before slotting into a sales associate role to our
principal Dee, and falling in love with sales. Ever since, Baylee has gained a world of
knowledge and flourished as a licenced sales agent.

Baylee’s demeanour shines through her interactions daily, with her naturally friendly,
down-to-earth aura transferring seamlessly to her professional relationships. She is
palpably honest and inherently kind, meaning clients love interactions with her and
believe in her guidance.

Don’t be fooled by her youth; Baylee knows what she is doing. With mentorship from
the best and her own valuable experience through her near-three years with Ray
White, she has expanded her already garnished skillset with her Stock and Station
licence and intends to lean towards selling rural and lifestyle properties, inspired by
her inherent love for the region and her own experience living on the land.

A local through and through, Clarence Town is her home base, and she thrives here;
spending her time soaking up the vibrant lifestyle that emanates through the region,

her hobbies include skiing the Williams River and riding her horses through Wallaroo
State Forest.

She absolutely loves the Ray White Dungog team, as it emulates a sense of
community – something that is valued throughout the region itself.
