John Dwyer is Director, Sales at Ray White Commercial (Queensland) and has over 35 years of experience in all facets of the real estate industry including sales, leasing, management and valuation.
John specialises in conducting formal marketing campaigns on behalf of Sellers, recommending marketing strategies to implementation of the campaign, closing the deal and the overseeing of due diligence and the settlement of the transaction.
John has excellent relationships with many private investors and developers and works closely with Receivers and Banks in providing preliminary advice to being appointed as Exclusive Agent to market a broad spectrum of properties across a wide range of asset classes. John was awarded the National and Queensland Commercial Salesperson for 2011.
