Jordan previously practised as a lawyer in both Brisbane and London. With extensive experience in establishing property funds, reviewing contracts, negotiating acquisitions and divestments of commercial property, and providing planning advice, he offers clients a sharp eye for detail, with a focus on providing a succinct results-driven approach.
Additionally, Jordan has been personally involved in rural-residential land subdivision projects, better informing his professional understanding of his client's needs and risks associated with their developments.
Jordan's focus within the team is on the sale of residential development sites, including subdivision sites, englobo land, medium and high density sites, and value add opportunities.
