The property has been leased to Australia Post, marking a strategic expansion for the national logistics provider in the ACT region.

The Woolworths Group have a multi decade head lease over the site, the property comprises a Gross Floor Area (GFA) of 4,090sqm, featuring five loading docks and 6-metre high warehousing, offering excellent functionality and scale for logistics operations.

The site was marketed in a comprehensive online campaign and dedicated communications to RWC Canberra’s industrial database.

“The level of enquiry was strong,” said Frank Giorgi. “We conducted inspections with eight qualified tenants and received two full-price lease offers. The property’s accessibility, generous hardstand, and ideal configuration for freight and logistics users made it an attractive proposition.”

This lease highlights the continued strength and demand in Canberra’s industrial market, particularly for logistics warehouses offering ample hardstand, efficient loading infrastructure, and excellent access and turning circles for heavy vehicles.

With national logistics operators continuing to seek strategic locations in key urban hubs, this transaction underscores the importance of premium industrial stock in high-access corridors such as Fyshwick.
