After working together for almost a decade, commercial real estate team Jared Doyle and Jack Gwyn have taken their business to the next level, opening RWC Gateway.

Mr Doyle has been working in the property industry since 2004, and has been working with Mr Gwyn since 2014 when he joined RWC after finishing his property economics degree at university.

The pair decided it was time to venture into business ownership with RWC Gateway.

“We are a team of six, with five experienced agents and our proactive office manager,” Mr Doyle said.

“We'll be a full service agency in 2024, however, we will initially be focussing on sales and leasing across all commercial real estate assets, with property management to follow in the new year.”

Mr Gwyn said as well as their extensive commercial property knowledge, having great people and a great culture would be imperative to the success of RWC Gateway.

“We want to be known for our honesty, reliability, and great results,” he said.

“We aim to develop a good reputation for the RWC brand within our community and to provide great service to our clients.”

RWC general manager James Linacre congratulated Mr Doyle and Mr Gwyn on opening their new business.

“Jared and Jack’s expertise in both their local area and the commercial property industry are assets to the RWC family,” Mr Linacre said.

“I look forward to witnessing their success as they embark on this new journey with RWC Gateway.”
