RWC Toowoomba’s auction of Spring Hill asset a success
RWC Toowoomba’s most recent sale fell under the auctioneer’s gavel on Wednesday.
29 Mein Street, Spring Hill - a recently renovated three-storey Queenslander located just a few minutes from the Brisbane CBD; and ideally suited to legal/financial and executive service providers - was purchased at auction in front of multiple interested parties.
The impressive turnout was indicative of the demand for quality commercial assets in key locations, and that demand was not lost on bidders.
“The auction process created genuine momentum and competition, giving buyers a clear deadline and the confidence to act decisively,” RWC Toowoomba Lead Agent and Principal Paul Schmidt-Lee said.
RWC Toowoomba led a targeted marketing campaign across multiple channels, subsequently generating plenty of pre-auction interest.
“It was a truly outstanding auction campaign from start to finish,” Paul said.
“Our marketing strategy was highly effective, generating strong enquiry, quality inspections and multiple registered and engaged bidders. The reach, positioning and follow-up ensured we attracted the right buyers and maximised interest.
“The energy built throughout the campaign carried seamlessly into auction day, where everything came together exactly as planned.
“Our auctioneer - Jett Templeton - delivered an exceptional performance. Confident, engaging and in complete control; reading the crowd perfectly and driving competitive bidding to secure a fantastic result.”
The sale of 29 Mein Street reinforces RWC Toowoomba’s impressive track record in delivering premium results for clients both in and out of the Greater Darling Downs region.
“Ultimately, it was a terrific team effort by RWC Toowoomba. Selling under the hammer on the day, with very happy owners, is always the goal — and this campaign delivered on every level.”
