The headline transaction sees global strength-training brand Kieser secure a new flagship hub across three properties along Military Road, comprising a combined 625sqm on a 10-year lease. The deal was uniquely structured, with one of the properties sourced off-market, and all three consolidated into a single seamless transaction.
The new Kieser facility will be located at 529-535 Military Road, Mosman, establishing a major presence for the brand on Sydney’s Lower North Shore.
Founded in 1967 in Switzerland by Werner Kieser, the company has grown into an internationally recognised leader in science-based strength training, with over 150 studios worldwide and more than 30 locations across Australia.
Kieser’s approach focuses on improving health through targeted muscle strengthening, supported by research-driven methodologies and proprietary Swiss-engineered equipment.
