SPAR-anchored Morayfield centre hits market
A fully leased retail centre anchored by SPAR and Liquorland is being brought to market, with RWC Retail launching the campaign for Glenwood Centre at 62 Glenwood Drive, Morayfield.
The 968sqm retail centre is situated on a substantial 3,229sqm corner landholding and generates a net income of $350,494 + GST per annum. Underpinned by a secure 3.77-year WALE, the centre is anchored by SPAR Supermarket and Liquorland head office leases, which together account for 60 per cent of the centre’s income.
Michael Feltoe, Partner & Head of QLD at RWC Retail, said the offering combines the defensive income profile investors are chasing with strong long-term upside.
“This is exactly the type of convenience-based retail investment buyers are targeting right now,” Mr Feltoe said. “You have national retailers on head office leases, a fully leased centre with low tenant turnover and affordable rents that provide clear rental uplift potential over time.”
“What also stands out is the convenience of the asset. With 65 on-site car parks, 127m* frontage and a location directly servicing the surrounding residential catchment, the centre has been designed around everyday convenience.”
Located within the booming Caboolture growth corridor approximately 40km North of the Brisbane CBD, the centre is the only retail centre in Morayfield’s East and sits less than 200 metres from Morayfield East State School, which accommodates approximately 980 students.
Lachlan O’Keeffe, Managing Director of RWC Retail, said opportunities to acquire fully leased retail centres with strong convenience appeal are becoming increasingly limited.
“This is a proven suburban retail centre with a tenancy mix built around essential everyday services,” Mr O’Keeffe said. “With strong underlying land value, secure income and rental upside still to be unlocked, this is a well-rounded investment in one of South East Queensland’s fastest growing regions.”
Glenwood Centre will be offered for sale by Auction on Friday 5th June 2026 at 9:45am (AEST), to be held at Level 26, 111 Eagle Street, Brisbane City.
