Phillip Elmowy commenced his Real Estate career in 1983. Following his success, Phillip had opened his own Real Estate Business in Maroubra at the age of 26. A Licensed Real Estate Agent, Auctioneer and Accredited National Trainer, Phillip has always been dedicated to the principles of Professional Property Services, achieved through determination, dedication, hard work and a focus on innovative marketing practices and database management to create greater competition for his clients. This adaptive quality has seen Phillip's success continue through any market has made his services and expertise extremely valuable in the industry.
Phillip's Property and Project Development Division along with his investment/retail sales are remarkably successful, selling properties in Eastern suburbs & Greater Sydney areas. Phillip has represented clients such as Westpac, TAB, Public Trustee, Perpetual Trustee, Commonwealth Bank, Appointed Receivers, Meriton, Mirvac, and many local and major developers.
Phillip is the Director and Principal of RWC South Sydney, he is also recognised as a Ray White Business Leader for 2022/2023 and 2023/2024.
